Paul has been a litigator at Murphy Battista since 2015. He acts for clients in claims against doctors, dentists, disability insurers, life insurers, and municipal/provincial governments. His work includes representing people who have been seriously injured in slip-and-falls, animal attacks, police assaults, municipal liability, injuries at restaurants/bars, and many other sources of negligence. He also acts for beneficiaries who have been improperly considered in wills.

Paul acts exclusively for plaintiffs in civil claims and has won many complex cases in BC’s Provincial Court, Supreme Court, and Court of Appeal.

Paul fights hard for his clients, and always works to achieve the best result in the circumstances, which often involves resolution before trial.
