Vernon, Kelowna
Bill has been a litigation lawyer with Murphy Batista since 2014. He also has expertise handling complex commercial litigation, construction law disputes, representing plaintiffs in class action lawsuits, and advocating for clients involved in mediation and arbitration.
Bill was honoured to have been appointed a Queen’s Counsel in December 2018 (King’s Counsel as of September 8, 2022).
Taking a holistic approach to his client’s needs, Bill ensures his clients are aware of the full range of opportunities available to assist in an optimal recovery plan, while arranging for the financial resources to cover the costs of implementing that plan. Bill then works to secure fair and reasonable compensation that includes a client’s immediate financial needs as well as their long-term interests.
Whether his clients need help negotiating a compensation claim or taking the matter forward to trial, his knowledge and ability as an advocate make Bill a lawyer that clients enjoy working with.
